Also we will go over breathing, position changes, and relaxation techniques that you wish to use during your labor.

-
One or Two Postpartum Visits (your choice). At these visits we will go over your birthing experience. I can help you with any questions you may have. If you need a nap I can watch your new one for you. Sometimes it just takes someone who knows what you are going through to give that extra support. Cook a meal or just help around the house.

I provide physical comfort through massage (I provide many massage tools), acupressure, aromatherapy, position changes (I provide a birthing ball for use during labor), Rebozo and breathing techniques. I also offer breastfeeding support and childbirth preparation sessions. Also much, much more.
-
I speacialize in high-risk pregnancies and births.

I also specialize in teen mothers and their pregnancies.
I have many tools in my birthing bag. Dads love these tools. Moms love them because they benefit a great deal from them. I have a wide variety of hand massage tools. I use several rice packs with different aromatherapy oils. I have great massage oils and lotions for those great massages you will receive. I use a Rebozo during labor to ease back pain. I have great tools to keep you cool during labor. Moms love these. Dads love to play with them too. I have just about everything you can think of and more. I add to it, every birth gives me a new idea to help the parents during labor.
